At the moment, 820 employees work in the Svetly City Group. Svetlyi group is proud of its team. Corporate social responsibility is an integral part of the activities of Svetlyi group. The company comprehensively promotes the development of the regions of its presence, cares for the protection of the environment, carries out professional management of employee health and safety, and also pays wages and taxes on time.
Employee safety is one of the main areas of work of Svetlyi group. The company regularly instructs workers on labor protection and safety measures, conducts employee training, provides regular medical examinations. Each year, about 800 thousand rubles is spent on the purchase of workwear.

The main management methods in Svetlyi group are — timely payment of wages, social guarantees and other forms of bonuses. The fundamental principle in the work of the company is “Remember the past, live in the present, think about the future.” The entire social policy of the enterprise, which has received special attention over the past few years, is based on this principle.

High social responsibility and multifaceted care for both workers and ordinary citizens, as well as the infrastructure of the settlements in which the offices are located. One of the priorities of the company is to attract young people to the village. High wages, incentive payouts and workplace comfort is the first point in the implementation of the tasks set on the way to this goal.
The program of social support for the company’s employees includes providing young professionals with housing, for this purpose new houses are being built for specialists of the Group of Companies Svetlyi. Housing is provided free of charge, but the employee is obliged to work at the farm for 15 years.
The prospect of the development of agriculture and the preservation of the village, the end result of which is to eliminate the shortage of personnel in the village, to attract young professionals to the company. To implement this goal, a set of measures to support young people has been developed. It provides targeted assistance to specialists. The company enters into agreements with students of agricultural universities and, depending on their academic performance, pays its scholarship for the results of the exam session.
In order to make life in the countryside more convenient, and the agrarian sector more competitive, the Group of Companies Svetlyi finances various social projects. Projects for major repairs are paid annually at the expense of the farm: House of Culture, schools and kindergartens, roads and gasification. A socially oriented policy is expressed in the fact that the leadership is seeking funds to provide rest in sanatoriums for its employees, bonuses to qualified teachers and doctors, support for talented youth and gifted children, veterans and orphans.
